Mr. Kalis is an associate with Patrick Burns and Associates. Mr. Kalis focuses his practice primarily on debt collection, creditors remedies, landlord-tenant law, and real estate litigation. Mr. Kalis also engages in debtor defense, debt negotiation, trust litigation, and other civil litigation.

Mr. Kalis was born and raised in rural southern Minnesota. He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hunting with his labrador retriever and fishing. Mr. Kalis is married, with one child, and resides in St. Paul.
